PML-N's Javed Latif granted bail in 'anti-state remarks' case
PML-N leader was arrested in April.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Javed Latif was granted bail on Wednesday in a case registered against him on charges of inciting people against state institutions.
The Session Court has ordered the PML-N lawmaker to submit two separate surety bonds of Rs200,000 each.
It merits mention that the PML-N leader was arrested by police personnel in April after sessions court canceled his bail plea in the case.
The security officers apprehended the PML-N leader, who had left the court without hearing the decision, near Saggian Bridge.
