Court extends judicial remand of Javed Latif till June 9

Javed Latif has been charged of inciting people against state institutions.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Court on Wednesday extended judicial remand of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Mian Javed Latif till June 9 in a case pertaining to anti-state statements.

As per details, PML-N MNA was brought to court in very tight security. Judicial magistrate Ahsan Raza heard the case and directed police to submit charge-sheet against the accused in the next hearing.

It merits mention that the PML-N leader was arrested by personnel in April after sessions court canceled his bail plea in a case registered against him on charges of inciting people against state institutions.

The security officers apprehended the PML-N leader, who had left the court without hearing the decision, near Saggian Bridge.
