Toll Tax for Lahore's Ring Road increased

The Lahore Ring Road Authority has raised the toll tax per trip on Ring Road.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore Ring Road Authority has raised the toll tax per trip on Ring Road for all private and commercial vehicles with immediate effect on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, jeep and car commuters will now need to pay Rs50 instead of Rs45 per visit while passenger coaster and van toll tax per visit has been increased from Rs90 to Rs100.
Passenger bus toll tax per visit has been increased from Rs230 to 250 and loader truck, dumper, and pick-up toll tax per visit has been increased from Rs270 to 300.
On the other hand, heavy vehicles like trucks will now have to pay Rs500 instead of the previous price of Rs450.
