SC orders compilation of list of cases pertaining to Article 184(3)
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court on Friday issued orders for the compilation of a list of all cases pertaining to the Article 184(3) of the Constitution.
Headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa, a three-member committee of the apex court ordered the compilation of a list of all cases relating to the Article 184(3) of the Constitution.
According to sources, the Supreme Court registrar has also been directed to present a list of the cases concerning the interpretation of the Constitution.
Sources said that five-member larger benches would be formed to hear these constitutional cases.
The three-member committee of the apex court comprises CJP Qazi Faez Isa, Justice Sardar Tariq and Justice Ijazul Ahsan.
