Imran also said that 4th wicket is about to go down which belongs to Khawaja Asif

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) -  Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan addressed a rally in Peshawar on Monday and critcised Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and slammed his allegation of calling Imran a Jewish agent. He also mentioned Akram Durrani and said that politics should not be done in the name of Islam, reported Dunya News.

Talking about Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, he asked why PM wasn t revealing his assets. He gave examples of  United Kingdom (UK) PM David Cameron and PM of Iceland. He demanded resignation from Nawaz Sharif. "After being accused of offshore companies, PM has started visiting abroad and addressing rallies in different areas of the country including Bannu, Muzaffarabad and Sukkur", he added.

PM addressed a rally in Sukkur while the tents of the rally were air conditioned, Imran said. He added that foundation of  Naya Pakistan had been laid by the  tigers and tigresses  of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). He said that he had once asked Malaysian President Mahatir Mohamad about the reason of prosperity in his country; he answered that every person working should be devoted and work honestly for the country.

"A corrupt leader undermines a country by destabilising institutions of the country while on the other hand, a minister of KP has been held accountable for the very first time in the history", said PTI Chairman. He challenged Nawaz Sharif to bring an accountability law in the center on the lines of the KP accountability law.

He said that other than accountability, corrupt leaders destabilised judiciary and police. He said that he was proud of KP police who caught the suspects of Soran Singh s murder within a day. He mentioned Quetta bench with respect to Sharif s bribe and Changa Manga case where politicians were being ’auctioned’ to register corruption done by Nawaz Sharif.

"Today each Pakistani is under a debt of Rs 130 thousand which was just 30 thousand in the previous regime and the government has imposed 100% tax on diesel, 50 % tax on petrol", he added.

Imran said that Pakistan had been divided into two groups; one was public demanding for accountability and other was corrupt leaders hiding their assets. He said that he believed in the ideology of Quaid-e-Azam to counter a handful of corrupt leaders. "Nawaz Sharif destroyed cricket by appointing Najam Sethi as Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman for helping him win elections of 2013", he said.

"Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) should be declared independent like Scotland Yard of England", he said. Talking about rigging in elections, Imran said that the 4th wicket was about to go down which belonged to Defence Minister Khawaja Asif. He said that he had planned to address a rally in Bannu on May 11.

He said that when PTI representatives took over KP offices, it was the most corrupt province in Pakistan but now it is the least corrupt province of Pakistan, Transparency International has stated. He challenged his opponents to name one person who had been appointed to any designation over his ’special recommendation’.

He also mentioned non-beleivers with 1000 infidels who were defeated by only 313 brave Muslims in the Battle of Badr. "Those 313 in the leadership of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) won the Battle of Badr, the same nation of Arabs then ruled the world", he added.
