(Web Desk)-Actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif got married in December 2021. Recently, the actor revealed if he and wife Katrina ever get pressurised by their respective families to have kids. In a new interview, Vicky said both his side of the family and Katrina’s family are “cool” people.
While speaking with Radio City during the promotion of his upcoming film The Great Indian Family, Vicky was quizzed about facing any sort of pressure to have kids from any of his family members.
The actor replied, “Koi bhi nahi daal raha. Vaise bade cool hain. (No one is pressurising us. They are cool people).” He also shared that he has a family Whatsapp group which is called ‘Rocking Family’ where he gets all sorts of messages, ranging from ‘Maa Ki Mamta’ to ‘Baap ka sacrifice’.
Vicky Kaushal also revealed that the first people to know about his relationship with Katrina Kaif were his parents, Sham Kaushal and Veena Kaushal. He said, “The first ones to know I was dating Katrina Kaif were my mother and father. Aise to din nahi aaye ke Viral (Bhayani) se pata lage, maine bataya. (They didn’t get to know from the paparazzi, I told them.)”
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif got married in Rajasthan in 2021, after dating each other for quite some time. They didn’t talk about their relationship publically and even kept their wedding an intimate affair with only family members and close friends in the guest list.
Vicky’s upcoming film The Great Indian Family is helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. It also stars Mansuhi Chillar, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra and Sadiya Siddiqui. The film will hit screens on September 22.
