FIA Quetta arrests eight including woman on corruption charges
QUETTA (Dunya News) - Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Quetta Circle has arrested eight people including a woman on the charge of corruption.
According to FIA Balochistan officials, the employees posted at the General Post Office were accused to embezzle Rs 13.3 million in terms of money orders.
Acting on the special instructions of Director FIA Balochistan Shakeel Ahmad Durrani, SHO Anti-Corruption Circle Kamal Khan Kakar arrested eight on duty and retired officers of Postal Services and has started investigation into the matter.
The accused, with the connivance of the main accused Manthar Ali Bhangar, embezzled in the electronic money orders and caused financial loss to the exchequer.
