Mongols, barbarians of all times: killed millions of people callously
They were faster than light, more savage than wolves, other name of death, they were Mongols.
(Web Desk) – Mongols were the other name of barbarousness; they could not rest unless they drink blood and erect minarets of humans’ skulls. They were not hominoid indeed. Part of Central Asia, they ruled almost of half world. Wherever they went, the land belonged to them; people threw their belongings without any resistance knowing it would terminate any chance of survival. They (Mongols) rose in the 13th century and occupied Eurasia.
The contemporary states which were under their influence are Russia, China, Myanmar, entire Central Asia, and then India, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungry and Poland. Savagery was commonplace under their rule. Interestingly, Muslim world including Pakistan and Europe remained out of their influence.

In World War 2 during 1939 to 1945, 21 to 25 million soldiers were killed. In this war 27 million Russian civilians and soldiers were slaughtered. It is the biggest loss of any nation. 20 million Chinese, seven million Germans, and 2.5 million Japanese were killed. When these numbers are compared with the killings of Mongols, one can estimate their bloodthirstiness at a time when modern weaponry was not in existence.
In between 1211 and 1337, they killed 13.7 million people. No matter they were children, women, old, or any out of sorts people, Mongols killed indiscriminately. One can imagine their brutality with the horrendous scenery of Nishapur city of Persia. Their arrival in the city brought death to almost the entire population. 1.7 million people were slayed. Baghdad ruined by ferocious Mongols
Their arrival in Baghdad, the capital city which was being ruled by Abbasid Caliph, became the cause of annihilation and gloom. At that time Baghdad was considered the educational hub of Muslims. For seven days, slaughtering of living beings continued without a hiatus. Around two to 10 million people were butchered. Historians are unable to estimate the real number of deaths caused by Mongols. According to some figures are overly but reality is they themselves never denied the figures. Some historians believe that in their 120 years’ reign, 12 million people were killed.
Casualties in WW1 and WW2
In World War 1, seven million civilians and 9 million military personnel were killed. At that time, the number of soldiers was quite high; moreover, civilians were being targeted directly. This was the reason, casualties reached to this high. On the other side, in the era of industrial development, small weapons were replaced by modern weaponry including tanks and cannons. Their usage in the battle of Marley could brought death upon 0.25 million French and the same number of German people was executed.

Indeed, it gives goose bumps knowing their barbarism; how come they could have exterminated so many people so callously? What sort of nation that was? These are the burning questions of which varied answers are given by historians. Reality is Mongols were the worst humans on the face of earth. Their cruelty on living beings will remain matchless.
