Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza has said that if Sharjeel Memon has committed contempt of court then the entire Sindh Assembly has done so.Talking to the media outside the Supreme Court, Mirza said that injustices were being done to Sindh and the Supreme Court should take notice of the target killings in the province.He said that the strike call was given by the people of Sindh. He said that if Sharjeel Memon committed contempt of court, then all members of the Sindh Assembly did so. He said that all members of Pakistan People’s Part (PPP) were ready to go to jail. He said that people of Sindh should not be treated like Bengalis.Sharjeel Memon said that they did not give a strike call, but staged a peaceful demonstration. He said that he would not ask for pardon because he didn’t commit contempt of court.Taj Haider said that he would prove in the court that he respected the court and contempt charges were baseless.
