KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) has on Saturday confirmed Dunya News’s report that Shafqat Hussain wasn’t 14-year-old at the time he committed murder. Report also says that he was 23, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, Shafqat Hussain was convicted for killing a 7-year-old boy in Karachi but it had been claimed by certain NGO that Shafqat Hussain was 14 years of age at the time he committed the crime. However, FIA has now completed the investigations and has confirmed that Shafqat was 23-year-old at the time of crime.
FIA has sent the report regarding Shafqat’s age to Interior Ministry.
