MULTAN (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Multan sent suspect of Ali Haider Gilani s kidnapping on 16-day judicial remand, Dunya news reported.
According to details, the son of former Prime Minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani was kidnapped two days before General Elections 2013 on which police officials arrested Bilal Lang and presented him before the ATC which sent the suspect on judicial remand.
Earlier, the suspect was arrested 40 days before from Jalapur Peerwala and remained on physical remand for 37 days whereas police also requested the court for his additional remand but the appeal was dismissed and the suspect was remanded in Multan’s District Jail custody.
