Summary The Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) has been completely dissolved.
Twelve sections of PEPCO have already been transferred while the remaining departments will be merged to different departments of Pakistan Wapda.The government has made distribution and production companies as independent entities after dissolving PEPCO. Now the board of directors will look into affairs of the companies.
