Salman Khan is devoted listener of Tariq Jameel's sermons and here's proof
(Web Desk) - Salman Khan and eminent Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel have an unexpected link as the scholar revealed that Khan and his family are among the devotees of his religious speeches.
When Jameel added that a friend of his in Lahore had told him about Khan's sincere interest in his lectures, it became clear what had transpired.
The acquaintance, who has business connections in India, is said to have met Salman Khan by chance while staying at the home of his business partner in Mumbai. Khan unexpectedly asked them during their conversation, "Do you know Maulana Tariq Jameel?" The companion inquired curiously about Salman Khan's question regarding the Islamic professor, and Khan responded by displaying CDs of Jameel's remarks.
The information reveals the wide-ranging effect and impact of Jameel's lectures, which cut across national boundaries and cultural boundaries. It also highlights how relevant and universal his messages are.
Jameel also admitted that he has met some current Pakistani comedians but has not actually watched any of their work. However, he used to be a fan of Safirullah Siddiqui, better known by his stage name Lehri, an actor and comedian. Additionally, he thought of Rangeela (Mohammad Saeed Khan), another well-known performer and comic of the era.
When asked about whether the scholar was satisfied with only one marriage, Jameel responded since he is constantly on the go, it would have been unjust of him to deny his second spouse time—or at the very least, the same amount of time as his first—because of his busy schedule. He continued by explaining that a second or third marriage is only authorised if each wife is given equal treatment.
