Chinese University cancels Amir Khans meeting with students for Thugs of Hindostan promotion

(Web-Desk) – Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist, Amir Khan is on China tour these days for the promotion of his film ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ after its failure in India. However, Amir Khan had to face denial of permission to meet students of a university in China.

According to the details, the promotional event of ‘Thugs of Hindostan’, which was organized in a university of China, was cancelled at the spot as per the denial of permission from administration.

As per the initial reports, the event was merely based on Amir Khan’s meeting with Chinese students but it came to revelation via social media that the actual purpose of this event was to promote ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and other film cast was also accompanying Amir Khan.

The university administration came to know about all these details just an hour before the occasion subsequent to which they cancelled the event.

According to the reports, the event was cancelled by university administration for not being informed about the actual idea of film promotion by the private company organizing it.

On the other hand, Amir Khan’s spokesperson said while denying all reports that the event was cancelled due to the venue which was sufficient only for 400 persons however, as the news of other film cast accompanying Amir Khan spread on social media, more than 3 thousand persons reached there following which the event had to be cancelled.
