Summary Ther case has been registered on the plea of a vendor at the railway station.

KOTA (Dunya News) – A case has been registered against Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan for allegedly rioting and damaging railway property during his film ‘Raees’ promotion at Kota Railway station.

A railway court heard the plea of a vendor against the actor and directed Government Railway Police to register the case last night.

The complainant Vikram Singh has alleged that Khan’s fans created a ruckus at the station when he arrived for the promotion of ‘Raees’, SHO of GRP police station said as reported by PTI.

Singh claimed that the actor stood at the gate of the coach of August Kranti Rajdhani Express train and threw something at the public as a result of which a skirmish was witnessed.

Meanwhile, the vendor’s trolley overturned scattering the items on the ground and causing damage to them whereas he also sustained injuries.

On the vendor s complaint, the case was registered against Shah Rukh Khan under sections 427 (mischief causing damage to the amount of Rs. 50), 120(b) (criminal conspiracy), 147 (rioting), 149 (every member of unlawful assembly guilty of offence committed) and 160 (committing affray) of IPC.

Under sections 145 (nuisance) and 146 (obstructing railway servant in his duties) of Railway Act, and section 3 (mischief causing damage to public property of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, he said.

Police has initiated an investigation into the case.
