However, the company behind the robot clarified that the event was not a real legal or religious marriage. Instead, it was created as social media content.
Bo Sunaida was developed by the SS Lootah Group and is based on the Unitree G1 humanoid robot, which was originally designed for research and educational purposes.
The robot has gained widespread popularity on social media through videos showcasing Emirati culture, traditions and participation in various public events.
