First hearing of Panama case in 2017 with new bench and lawyers
PTI will present new evidences and proofs whereas Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will head the bench
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The first hearing of Panama Case in new year, 2017 will take place in Supreme Court (SC) today (Wednesday) with new judges, bench and lawyers, reported Dunya News.
The head of the larger bench would be Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and other members would be Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ejazul Hasan.
Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif s lawyer would be Makhdoom Ali Khan whereas Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz s lawyer would be Salman Akram. Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar s lawyer would be Shahid Hamid.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) submitted evidences and proofs in court on Tuesday. In these, it was said that according to investigative agency of British Virgin Islands, exchange of emails between Mossack Fonseca and Minerva Services, it was proved that Maryam Nawaz was beneficial owner of offshore companies and the trust deed between Maryam Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz was fake.
