(Web Desk) -The fifth biennial edition of Lumiere, United Kingdom’s largest lights festival is back in Durham. Debuting back in 2009, the festival is featuring 28 installations across Durham city centre this year. Lumiere is produced by a London based creative company Artichoke.

Hosted during the winters, the festival is free to attend and typically comprises a number of light art-installations, as well as illumination of iconic buildings and locations. The festival takes place biennially in November in Durham and since 2013 has occasionally toured to other locations including London.

The festival lighting up on November 16 is to continue till November 19.
