Airliner skids off runway at New York's La Guardia
Forecasters had warned of low visibility as a major storm hits the region
NEW YORK (AFP) - An airplane skidded of the runway Thursday at New York s La Guardia airport and hit a fence, officials said, as heavy snow fell in the city.
Some minor injuries were reported in local media, as photos showed passengers disembarking from the wrecked plane.
