At least 40 people have been killed and 106 injured by a female suicide bomber in Baghdad.According to the Iraqi Interior ministry the woman detonated an explosives vest among a group of pilgrims making the journey to Karbala. The bomber exploded when people were distributing food to the pilgrims.
