PM Gilani has congratulated Vladimir on being elected as President of Russia.

Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani telephoned Vladimir Putin on Tuesday and congratulated him on his election as the President of Russia.Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged the efforts of Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani for promotion of bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Russia.The PM also invited the Russian President to visit Pakistan in September‚ which he accepted. The date of the visit will be decided later.
