Session Court in Islamabad has rejected the petition against Mansoor Ijaz.

Addition Session Judge Syed Wajahat Hussain rejected the petition regarding registration of an FIR against Pakistan-American businessman Mansoor Ijaz who is involved in controversial memogate scandal.Lawyer Israr Abbasi, counsel of petitioner completed his arguments while police also submitted reply in this regard.The petitioner had taken the stance that a criminal case should be registered against Mnsoor Ijaz as he wrote articles against Pakistan Army.Later, the court rejected the petition in its brief decision.
