According to details, police removed the chairs from the venue for PTI's election rally. SHO Liaquat Shah said the PTI was not allowed to hold the meeting due to security concerns.

"The PTI should get permission from the deputy commissioner first, and then hold the meeting," the police official said.

Police said other political parties also were not allowed to hold rallies. "Like other political parties, the PTI should also hold corner meetings," said police.
