Sirajul Haq calls out PDM, PTI and PPP for their role in economic hardships

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq said on Saturday the names of inflation, illiteracy and slavery were Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and only his party would liberate the occupied Kashmir and bring back Aafia Siddiqui.

In a statement, he said the prices of roti and naan had soared to Rs16 and Rs30 respectively, while the prices of flour, onion and cooking oil also had skyrocketed. He said the lives of people had become difficult, adding that the number of beggars on footpaths was increasing. “Nuclear power and agricultural country is in trouble because of troika,” he said and added Imran Khan had dissolved two of his assemblies and the PDM was accepting the resignations of their members.

The JI chief further said the PDM had announced that they would reduce inflation and Ishaq Dar made tall claims of reducing the exchange rate of dollar but today the women were forced to buy flour by running behind the trucks, whereas a poor man in Karachi lost his life to get flour.
