The central and zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meetings were held across the country for sighting of the Shawwal moon.The central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meeting was held in Karachi at the roof of the Habib Bank Limited building under the chairmanship of Mufti Muneebur Rehman.The moon was sighted in Karachi and Mufti Muneeb announced it in a news conference just after 8 pm.Committees received evidences from several areas of the country for the sighting of Shawwal moon.
