Power shortfall reaches 3512MW

Power shortfall has reached 3512 megawatts throughout the country.

According to PEPCO, power generation is 13722MW in the country whereas country needs 17234 MW. Power shortfall reached up to 3512MW whereas KESC is provided with 670MW. 5894 MW hydel and 113 MW rental powers are being generated, a PEPCO spokesman said.
