ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain has said that nine point six million families and more than ten thousand retail stores have so far been registered under Prime Minister s Rashan Discount Program.
In a tweet today (Wednesday), he said this number is steadily increasing.
He said twenty million families will get thirty percent subsidy on flour, pulses and ghee through this program.
The minister said seven hundred thousand grocery stores will become a source of providing subsidy of 120 billion rupees to the families.
