FM Qureshi prays for Pakistan from India-like Covid-19 situation
He appeals to Muslims in Europe to raise voice against Israeli Forces' attacks on Palestinians
MULTAN (Dunya News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Thursday while praying for Pakistan from situation like India said that coronavirus can be controlled with precautionary measures.
Talking to media in Multan on Thursday, he appealed to the 65 million Muslims residing in Europe to play their active role and raise the voice against the Israeli Forces heinous attacks on the Palestinians.
The foreign minister said that Muslim Parliamentarians in Europe and Britain are effective voices and they should raise the Palestine issue and influence in solving the ongoing crisis in Palestine.
He said that Pakistan is making efforts to mobilize the international community to intervene for the safety of Palestinians from the brutalities of Israeli forces.
“Entire Pakistani Nation is standing firm and united with Kashmiri and Palestinian brethren to resolve their issues,” he said.
Qureshi went on to say that Afghan issue has been discussed in the last trilateral meeting held in Turkey and foreign office is making efforts for another conference in Turkey after Eid to find a way forward in settling the Afghan issue.
“Border fencing is being completed and our jawans laid their lives for the protection of borders of Pakistan,” he said.
The FM said: “Pakistani prisoners who are in lock ups in Saudi Prisons in minor crimes would benefit from the MoU recently signed in Jeddah by him.”
