RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has expresses heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of former Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi (retired), army’s media wing said on Tuesday.
