Treasury, opposition MPs wrangle during budget session

The budget document was torn by some of the opposition members. PPP leader Raja Riaz tried to greet the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz with a garland but was thwarted by some of the treasury members. This resulted in an unprecedented rumpus in the assembly. Some members tried to physically attack each other. Punjab CM kept smiling during the whole activity.
