Pak Navy has sent the PNS Mehran inquiry report to the Naval Headquarters.

The inquiry report consists of three parts. The first part deals with modus operandi and identity of the attackers.The second and the most important part of the report deals with the possible negligence and response of the security personnel guarding the facility at the time of attack.The third part narrates extent of the damage done by attackers. In May 22 attack on PNS Mehran Base attack 10 security officials were martyred.
