Sidhu, Chaudhry Sarwar discuss matters of mutual interest

Najvot Singh Sidhu thanked Pakistani government and nation for the love.

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Former Indian test cricketer, Navjot Singh Sidhu met with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and nominated Punjab Governor, Chaudhry Muhmmad Sarwar in Lahore on Sunday.

During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest, especially ways to boost Pak-India mutual relations.

Najvot Singh Sidhu thanked Pakistani government and nation for the love and hospitality showered on him during his visit, to attend oath-taking ceremony of new Prime Minister, Imran Khan.

Earlier during press conference, Sidhu said, “I am here with a message of love. He added that Ravi is on both sides, in Pakistan and India. I am taking back 100-fold more love than what I brought here. Punjab is consisted of five rivers.” He conveyed his love for Pakistan through poetic language.

He said that Imran Khan has power to change image of Pakistan. “Khan Sahb has said if India comes one step closer, Pakistan will come two steps further,” he added.

“Let us swim in Blue Ocean, and let us shun Red Ocean.” If we want to proceed, we need to swim in Blue Ocean. I am here for love, friendship, and harmony and not doing politics, said Sidhu.
