Information minister scoffs at number of attendants, terms foes political cousins

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News)- While scoffing at number of attendants present in Pakistan Awami Tehreek-led (PAT) joint opposition’s public gathering on Lahore’s Mall Road, Federal Minister of State for Information Maryam Aurangzeb taunted that attendants even in the meeting summoned by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PMLN) councilor easily surpass those present in the PAT’s rally.
She was talking to media in Islamabad.
“Container is passionately prepared after every two years. Those who are politicizing Model Town incident have received reply (from nation) today”, stated minister.
Maryam said there is no place in the country for those practicing politics of empty rhetoric and termed rally as union of political cousins. She challenged opponents to disclose name of even one project that has been completed in their province.
Maryam warned foes that this political fixture wouldn’t work any longer. Maryam stressed on state-institutions to follow the Constitutional jurisdiction.
