(Web Desk) – Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) is being celebrated with religious fervour around the world, and in Pakistan streets and buildings across the country have been illuminated with colourful lights, flags and banners.

While the arrangements to mark the 12th of Rabbiul Awwal – the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are in full swing, a public holiday is being observed across Pakistan.

The preparations for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) had begun from the start of Rabbiul Awwal, with vendors displaying decorative flags and banners on their shops and stalls, and buildings, both public and private, having been decorated beautifully in various cities.
