Dictators hampered development of Pakistan: Shahbaz

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is a free, transparent, constitutional and legal institution and its responsibility is to conduct investigate against corruption and arrest the corrupt people.
He stated this while addressing an agreement signing ceremony to provide free medicines worth Rs 44 billion to cancer patients.
CM Punjab said that dictators were the major hurdle in the development of Pakistan who installed puppet governments for their own interests. He said that billions of rupees were looted but not a single person was questioned.
An agreement of providing free medicines worth Rs 44 billion to cancer patients was also signed between Punjab Health Department and a Swiss company during the ceremony. More than 9,000 cancer patients will now get free medicine under this agreement.
