Due to factions in the party, all PTI wings have been allowed to represent themselves

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had announced to hold rally in Faisalabad on May 8 but PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday postponed the rally due to inappropriate and misbehaving attitude with the women and possible factions within the party, reported Dunya News.

PTI MPA Sheikh Khurram was appointed as the organiser of the rally but the intra-party disagreements were surfaced following the very appointment. However, according to the new date, the rally will be held on May 20 while the party will also hold a rally in Bannu on May 11 and Peshawar on May 9.

The party has decided to form a 6-member committee while names of representatives from all the wings have also been proposed.

The committee includes Dr. Asad Muazzam, Faizullah Kamoka, Rana Asif Tauseef, Naeem Azim, Javed Niaz Manj and Khurram Shahzad.

Due to factions in the party, all wings have been allowed to represent themselves because appointment of Khurram as the organiser of the rally caused major disagreements.
