PM, Imran, Nisar to arrive in London as Panama Leaks fiasco continues
PM Nawaz will be arriving in London today, Imran Khan tomorrow and Nisar on 16th April.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, Federal Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan are expected to arrive in London over the next few days as Panama Leaks fiasco continues.
According to the details, PM Nawaz will be arriving in London today (Wednesday); Khan’s arrival is expected tomorrow while Interior Minister Nisar will be arriving after Khan on 16th of April. Meanwhile Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari is already in London.
Although according to official statements PM Nawaz will be departing for the British Capital for treatment purposes, rumors are circulating that a meeting between the political figures is expected in London with discussion centering on the Panama Leaks issue. PM’s Spokesperson Musadiq Malik has denied that there is any plan of PM Nawaz meeting with Zardari.
On the other hand, Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar has also cancelled his visit to Washington in light of PM’s departure to London.
Meanwhile PTI is engaged in forming a joint opposition front against the government for which the party’s leadership is meeting with PPP leaders.
