Met office predicts rain in Sindh, Balochistan
Increasing temperature in different parts of the country, mercury reached to 36 degrees in Karachi
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Weather remains dry in most parts of Punjab and Sindh with 36 degrees Celsius recorded in Karachi while 28 degrees in Lahore on Sunday and the Metrological Department has forecasted heavy thunderstorm in some areas of Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The rise in temperature was recorded as sun was shining bright and hot. The maximum temperature recorded is 36 degrees Celsius in Karachi while the mercury touched 28 degrees in Lahore.
Met office revealed that heavy rain with thunderstorm is expected at remote areas of Balochistan with strong winds on Thursday. It might rain on Wednesday and Thursday in Sukkur and Larkana divisions, on Friday and Saturday in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Punjab with thunderstorm and strong winds. Hail may shower in some places as well.
