Country experiences rain, snow in various cities
Further rains are expected in Punjab today.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rain and snow was seen in various cities of the country as a new round of showers started Wednesday causing a drop in temperature in some areas.
Citizens experienced a light drizzle in Lahore while heavy showers were seen in the cities of Peshawar, Kohat and other areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province.
Meanwhile snow fell in the northern parts of the country including Murree and Upper Dir, much to the delight of tourists.
The Meteriological Department has predicted that the showers will continue in several areas including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, KP province, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir up until Friday.
