Vintage car rally heads Lahore

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Vintage cars rally on Friday is on way to Lahore after it embarked on its journey from Karachi earlier.
The rally has different classic models ranging from 1924 to 1966.
On November 26, the rally had reached Multan from Karachi. At least ten cars are taking part in the expedition. Automakers including Mercedes and Corolla among others have their models showcased in the unique rally.
Owners of vintage cars have no other reason to spend ridiculous amounts for maintenance of their beloved motors but passion for classics.
The rally organizers and participants have set off on this long journey in bid to disseminate a message to foreign nations that extremist factions are almost everywhere in the world but Pakistan is moving ahead and making sure that it does not fall behind in making the best out of what it has.
The rally will head to Islamabad from Lahore to reach its final destination, Peshawar.
