LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police on Monday have arrested five criminals of a gang near Chungi Amar Sadhu involved in trading of patients’ kidneys.

The group comprises of six culprits including a woman.

The police said that the criminals used to give drug injections to patients in a private clinic and remove their kidneys to sell off. The police, acting on a tip off raided the clinic and apprehended the criminals.

A case has been registered against Amir, Sheraz, Ramzan, Sarfraz and Mona Bibi. The officials said that group leader, Dr Awais is still at large. However, the police are conducting raids to arrest the culprit.
