Hurriyat leader Ali Gillani, Musarat Alam under house arrest
Slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' also echoed through the valley of Kashmir.
SRINAGAR (Dunya News) – Hurriyat leader Ali Gillani and Musarat Alam Bhat were placed under house arrest on Friday by the Indian army. The arrest came as both leaders displayed the Pakistani flag in a rally organized against a youngster killed previously in Srinagar. Slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ also echoed through the valley of Kashmir.
The slogans of long live Pakistan could not be tolerated by the Indians and both leaders were house arrested for their support of Pakistani Kashmir.
A case has been registered against the leaders for their actions.
