Senate elections: PPP seeks JI's cooperation in Punjab
Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) also paid its presence in the meeting.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Wednesday has officially started Senate election campaign in Punjab whereas PPP has also invited Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj-ul-Haq to cooperate with the party.
PPP’s Parliamentary Party conducted a meeting in the opposition chamber of Punjab Assembly. During the meeting, PPP called on Parliamentary leader of JI Dr. Waseem Akhtar to cooperate in Senate elections.
Moreover, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) also paid its presence in the meeting.
