Boxer Amir Khan meets COAS, expresses solidarity with bereaved families
Children are in fear and I am here to encourage them, says Khan.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Boxer Amir Khan on Monday met Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif and visited Army Public School in Peshawar and recited Fateha for the martyrs.

Talking to the media he said it was grieving to witness innocent children die and their pictures were really distressing adding that children were in fear and he was there to encourage them.
He said it was necessary for our children to acquire education and it our responsibility to revive children’s confidence.
Khan said the children were the future of this country and that the Army was determined to wipe off terrorist elements.
Amir Khan also visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) to visit the injured children.
Security at the school was beefed as Khan visited the buildings.
