Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says Pakistan has secured a global standing, stresses education, youth character-building and discipline, and praises armed forces for safeguarding sovereignty and borders.
PATTARO (Dunya News) - Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday said Pakistan has established a distinct position at the global level and knows how to protect its sovereignty.
Addressing the Parents’ Day ceremony at Cadet College Petaro, he termed the institution an outstanding center of learning and said it plays a vital role in the character-building of youth.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said discipline at cadet colleges is not a punishment but a form of freedom. He added that improving the quality of education remains a top priority, as the youth are the nation’s future. Serving Pakistan, he said, should be everyone’s foremost commitment, and progress is only possible through the best use of talent.
He further remarked that Sindh has always remained like the heart of Pakistan, and when the nation calls, it must be answered with courage.
The PPP chairman also praised the armed forces, saying they are working day and night to protect the country and have once again proven that Pakistan’s borders are secure.
