LAHORE (Web Desk) - Renowned TV actor Uzair Abbasi passed away, leaving his fans across the country deeply saddened.

Uzair Abbasi had been associated with the Pakistani drama industry for many years and gave numerous memorable performances.

He rose to prominence for his powerful portrayal of Rasheed Baba in the acclaimed drama serial “Inteqam,” which earned him widespread recognition and appreciation from viewers.

His exceptional acting skills and eloquent Urdu pronunciation won him a special place in the hearts of audience.

Some of his other notable television projects include “Karachi Division” (2021), “Bashoo” (2023), “Heer Ranjha” (2012), and “Khilona.”

Belonging to a family of artists, Uzair Abbasi was the brother of renowned producer and director Zubair Abbasi and the uncle of popular actor Shamoon Abbasi.

Actor Shamoon Abbasi expressed deep sorrow over his uncle’s demise in a heartfelt social media post, writing:
