Aamir Khan's last film “Laal Singh Chaddha” failed to impress the audience

MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Salman Khan back out from Aamir Khan’s film “Champions” has prompted Aamir to offer the film to Ranbir Kapoor, the scion of Rishi Kapoor.

In 2022, Aamir announced his plan to remake the 2018 Spanish film Champions with Salman playing the lead role. However, it has been reported that a change of mind has convinced Salman to back-off from the film.

According to Indian media, Aamir has now approached the star-boy Ranbir Kapoor, to take on the lead role in the proposed film “Champions.”

Reportedly, Ranbir has gone through the film's storyline or script and has expressed interest in accepting the role. If any change of mind does not hit Ranbir as well, probably he will be playing the lead in Aamir's remake of Champions.

Currently, Ranbir is occupied with the shooting of his highly anticipated project Animal. Additionally, he is also in the line of actors considerations for the lead role in Sourav Ganguly's biopic.

On the other hand, Aamir Khan's most recent film, Laal Singh Chaddha, failed to impress the audience and received bitter reviews from critics. After the release of his last film, Aamir announced a hiatus from acting and has decided to work behind the camera for a while.
