The 20-year-old and his friends were caught by local police blocking off a street to do donuts with their vehicles while celebrating a friend's wedding.

According to reports, Hasbulla and his friends were interfering with other drivers when they were caught by the authorities. Hasbulla was later arrested, but he was granted bail in the case. He confirmed the news of his house arrest on Twitter, writing, "Bailed out on house arrest."
