Renowned comedian Masood Khawaja passes away
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Renowned Pakistani comedian Masood Khawaja of television and stage dramas passed away on Monday.
According to his family, Masood Khawaja was under treatment at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, as he was suffering from kidney disease.
In his long career, Masood Khawaja acted in several dramas. The drama Guest House, aired on Pakistan Television, was one of his most popular projects. Masood Khawaja had last performed a stage drama at Rawalpindi Arts Council a few days ago.
It is pertinent to mention here that he had also appealed to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister of Punjab for help.
