The biggest event of film industry, Oscar award ceremony will soon begin. The media got a sneak peek of the gourmet food and lavish decor to be presented to Oscar guests at the Governors Ball this year.

The star-studded event follows the most popular red carpet show in Hollywood each year. Fifteen hundred people on a star-studded guest list will leave the Kodak Theatre and go directly to the dinner party waiting across the courtyard following the lengthy Oscars ceremony. Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck is working his magic for Oscar guests again this year, too. The Austrian-born Puck, who has created the menu for the Governors Ball for 17 years now, described the delicious meal he will be delivering on Oscar night.Nine hundred waiters and waitresses, dressed in period costumes, will be serving meals and pouring drinks for the famous attendees. And, 250 culinary staff will be working behind the scenes in the kitchens to produce the upscale meals.
